Shipping policy

Local Pick Up:

Free From Foods allows local pick up for people based in Auckland. Please arrange a suitable time when choosing this at check-out by contacting us on greateraucklandchorus@gmail.com or 0210394181

 

Shipping:

We ship New Zealand wide, including rural. Shipping rates are calculated by region and weight. We ship 5 days a week - Mondays to Fridays. Courier pick-up is usually before 12pm. 

Shipping times depends on region. Auckland and North Island (non-rural) is usually overnight, South Island and Rural Delivery take 3-7 business days.
